We see evidence of an increased security presence around the exterior of the building, after Westminster City Council’s planning committee voted unanimously to place restrictions on public access to the building, over concerns about terrorism and disruptive protests.
A portion of the front of the original building remains covered by hoarding, following criminal damage to the Prospero and Ariel statue above the entrance.
